Easy Return Policy – Beds Crafters

Return Policy

All items purchased from Beds Crafters return within 14-days money-back satisfaction guarantee. This money-back guarantee only applies to products which the customer could not inspect prior to purchase and delivery. This guarantee shall be calculated from the date of delivery of goods. Transport charges paid by the customer shall not be refunded under the 14-day money-back guarantee. All qualifying purchases to be returned under the 14-day money-back guarantee must first be approved by our customer service team. Once your return is approved, our courier will contact you to arrange collection on a mutually agreed-upon date. If you need to change the scheduled pickup, you may reschedule by informing our support team at least 24 hours in advance. Returns must still be initiated within the 14-day return period, but the collection itself can take place on the agreed date once approved. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent secure packaging if the original is unavailable).

The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from signs of wear (e.g., scratches, stains, or missing parts).

All included accessories, manuals, and labels must be returned with the product.

Items that are damaged due to improper packaging during return transit may not be eligible for a refund.
If original packaging was discarded, it shall be the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is packaged adequately to avoid damage in transit. Our contracted third-party couriers do not offer packaging services and may refuse to accept products without adequate packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds are deposited directly into your credit card or bank account. This process may take up to 14 days. Refund processing time will only be commenced from the time goods are returned back to Beds Crafters.
